Setting goals is first a recognition of where we are, and then the intersection of where we want to be and are capable of going. At C3, the goal is the journey. Each fitness milestone reminds us that we’re on track.

All sustainable lifestyle changes are driven by a change in the mind. A desire, a commitment, a need to make sure that progress prevails. Long after the physical changes take place in the body, the mind is what maintains them. At C3 we know that the mind takes the most important role in achieving all long term fitness goals. It pushes the body when it’s time to grow, and it decides how happy and successful we feel when change is made.

Whether it’s competition, wellness, balance, strength, or just for fun, it’s important to know why you’re here. As you take on your fitness journey with a complete focus, the intention paired with a strong mind and body will produce results which are greater than what can be measured. Coach Candida
My name is Candida, and I am crazy about wellness. A long time ago I was a chubby, insecure child who wanted nothing more than to look like an athlete. As I became the athlete my little self admired, I realized there was a lot more to health and wellness than looking and acting the part. I’ve explored and experimented with every type of diet, exercise, and mode of recovery out there. I have extracted what I believe works the best, and am committed to tailoring that to my clients personal needs and goals.
My athletic background is in endurance sports, and all types of group fitness. I am confident that C3 has a plan (or can create one) that is right for you.
