Hey there!

It’s time to get out of lockdown and into ‘lock and load’ We’ve been inside and dormant for far too long! Have you wondered if you’re ready to run a marathon? Maybe you’ve wanted to, but don’t know which one? or How to get started?

Here’s the deal.

I’ve got you. From start to finish.

Marathon training is my specialty, and I’m here to create a plan that’s fun and easy to follow. Of course, it’s hard work, and that’s up to you!

For New Marathoners I suggest a minimum time commitment of 20 weeks prior to race day. Training plans begin at €100, and can be customized to accommodate lifestyle, injury, and training goals.

For marathoners looking to achieve a personal record or improve their marathon finish time, I also recommend 20 weeks, but require a minimum of 16 weeks with adequate base training.

Endurance is practice that requires tough mental skill. If you’re up for the commitment, I’m here for the coaching.
